Agreeing the work
Kulmedia is a trading name of KUi520. In these policies, "Kulmedia", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business providing services under that name. Kamal Uddin is your contact.
Kulmedia supplies services such as video production, social media support, websites, marketing, event support and operational improvement. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
Before work starts, we will provide or agree a written proposal covering the deliverables, responsibilities, timetable, fees, payment dates and any continuing commitment. It will identify the contracting party and contact address. A service contract is formed when the proposal is accepted in the manner stated in it. A free fit call is not a paid commitment.
Read the accepted proposal with these terms. Specific project arrangements may supplement these terms, but cannot override mandatory consumer protections.
Fees and payment
The agreed proposal will state the total price or the method for calculating it, any applicable VAT, expenses, deposits and payment dates. No standard deposit percentage, automatic renewal or minimum monthly term is imposed by this page.
Any recurring package must state its billing period, minimum commitment, renewal arrangements and notice requirements before you agree. Extra work or a change in scope must be agreed before additional charges are incurred. You will not be charged optional extras simply for sending an enquiry.
The £99 Deep Dive
The Deep Dive is a paid diagnostic engagement, separate from the free fit call. Its scope and booking arrangements will be confirmed before payment. The £99 may be credited towards a qualifying package, as described in the offer. We will identify the qualifying package and any conditions before you book; no undisclosed expiry or minimum spend is added by these terms.
Cancellation and any refund rights are explained in our cancellation and refunds policy.
Delivery and client input
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, timely access, feedback and the materials agreed for the project. If access or decisions are delayed, we will discuss a reasonable adjustment to the timetable.
Please check factual claims, prices, permissions and business details in material supplied for publication. Revision rounds, approval stages and publication authority should be agreed in the proposal. We will not assume permission to publish confidential material.
Marketing results depend on factors such as the offer, audience, competition and follow up. Unless a specific measurable commitment is expressly agreed, we do not guarantee sales, rankings, audience numbers or event attendance. This does not reduce our obligation to perform the agreed service with reasonable care and skill.
Materials, permissions and confidentiality
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for material and personal information you provide. Ownership, permitted use and transfer of final deliverables will be set out in the proposal before the work is accepted. Third party licences and ongoing platform fees will be identified where relevant.
We will treat information identified as confidential, or reasonably understood to be confidential, with appropriate care and use it for the engagement. Access needed by an agreed supplier must be limited to the project purpose. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we will agree suitable data processing terms before that work begins.
Routine working files are normally kept for up to 90 days after final handover unless a different retention period is agreed. Please keep your own copy of delivered materials.
Changes, ending services and complaints
If you want to change or stop an engagement, contact kamal@kulmedia.com or 07867 798744 promptly. The accepted proposal and applicable law determine notice, completed work charges and any refund. We do not apply a blanket rule that every deposit or fee is non-refundable.
If there is a problem with the service, tell us so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. Statutory remedies, including applicable consumer rights to repeat performance or a price reduction, are not excluded. See our complaints procedure.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights.
