How to contact us
To cancel or ask to reschedule, contact kamal@kulmedia.com or 07867 798744. Give your name, the service, the date it was agreed and any booking or invoice reference. A clear statement of your decision is enough where a statutory cancellation right applies; you do not have to use a particular form.
Kulmedia is a trading name of KUi520. A postal contact address will be added once confirmed. Email and phone remain available for cancellation requests.
Business clients
For services bought for business purposes, the cancellation and notice arrangements in the accepted proposal apply. The consumer cooling off right described below does not generally apply to business purchases.
Any charge for work completed or authorised third party commitments must have a contractual or legal basis. We will explain the calculation and account for advance payments. This page does not introduce a new minimum term, blanket cancellation fee or automatic loss of a deposit.
Consumers buying at a distance
If you buy services mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be a consumer. Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a service contract made online, by phone or through another distance process, you normally have 14 days after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
If we have not provided the required cancellation information, the cancellation period can be extended by law. These terms do not shorten that period or remove any other statutory right. Any lawful exception must be explained before you enter the contract.
If you ask us to start during the cancellation period
We will seek your express request before starting a service within an applicable cooling off period. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for the service supplied before cancellation may be due only where the legal conditions, including the required information, have been met.
You lose the cooling off right for a fully performed service only where performance began following your express request and you acknowledged that the right would end once the service was fully performed. An enquiry, a website visit or an unmarked checkbox is not treated as that acknowledgement.
Refunds and service problems
Where you validly exercise a statutory service cancellation right, we will make any refund due within 14 days after being informed of your decision, subject to any lawful proportionate charge. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
If we cannot deliver an agreed service, we will explain the position and discuss a suitable alternative or any refund due. If a service has not been performed with reasonable care and skill, consumer remedies may include repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction. We do not require a complaint within 24 hours as a condition of statutory rights.
For non-statutory changes or rescheduling, we will explain the options and any agreed, justified costs before proceeding. The Deep Dive is not automatically excluded from cancellation rights merely because it is a consultation.
