Our approach to accessibility
We want people to be able to use this website with different devices and ways of navigating. The site includes keyboard focus indicators, labelled form fields, image descriptions, responsive layouts and a reduced motion option.
Known limitations
This website has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit. We do not claim verified conformance with a particular WCAG level. The scroll controlled hero is decorative; the service information is also available as text. Use the reduced motion setting if the animation is uncomfortable.
The current enquiry form opens an email app, which may not be available on every device. You can contact us directly instead. Google Calendar and external social websites have their own accessibility arrangements.
Request help or report a problem
Contact kamal@kulmedia.com or 07867 798744 if you cannot access information, need another format or want to report a barrier. If possible, tell us which page or task was affected and what device or assistive technology you were using. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.
We will discuss a practical way to help and review the issue. Our complaints procedure is available if a concern remains unresolved.
